1. Sweepstakes Description:

The 'Saatva x CrossFit Science of Sleep' ("Sweepstakes") begins on September 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time (US)) and ends on [November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time (US)) (the "Sweepstakes Period")]. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Saatva and CrossFit ("Sponsors"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Saatva is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Saatva with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility:

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all other United States territories and possessions, and where prohibited, restricted, or requires registration by law. Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.

3. Winner Selection:

The winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted within 48 hours by Saatva or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winners will be notified via email 48 hours after the random drawing. Potential winners must accept the prize via email as directed by the Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or an inability for the Sponsor to contact via email may result in prize forfeiture. Prior to prize award, potential winners must provide verification of their compliance with all entry requirements, including proof of following @Saatva on Instagram at the time of entry and continuously through winner selection. The potential prize winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

4. Prizes:

Grand Prize (1 Winner): The grand prize winner will receive a Sleep Package with a total retail value not to exceed $4,999.00. The winner may select items from Saatva's website to build their Sleep Package, subject to product availability. The total retail value of selected items may not exceed $4,999. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Runner-Up Prize (1 Winner): The runner-up winner will receive (i) registration for a CrossFit Level 1 Course (approximate retail value: $1,150) and (ii) a Saatva Gift Card in the amount of $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers and availability. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described. Only one (1) prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winners. Sponsors reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsors' good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsors makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the forty-eight (48)contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, military APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or similar mail service addresses. By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. How to Enter:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, participants must complete both of the following steps (1) Click the sign-up link provided on the Email Sign-Up Page and provide their full name, a valid email address, and a phone number and (2) follow @Saatva on Instagram. An Entry will not be deemed valid unless both steps are completed. Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not comply with these Official Rules are void and will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete Entries, or for technical errors of any kind. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more Entries submitted using fraudulent identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void the entrant's Entry and may result in disqualification. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted before the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. The Email Sign-Up Page will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Entry timestamp will determine valid time period of entry.

6. Privacy:

All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list. All personal information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes may be shared by and between the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of the Sweepstakes Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants expressly consent to receiving marketing communications from Saatva and CrossFit, which may include promotional emails, text messages, and other marketing materials. Participants may opt out of such marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each communication or by contacting the respective sponsor directly. 7. Limitation of Liability:

Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification.

In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Sweepstakes, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder, who is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Saatva with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Saatva's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
